"Waste of space"

Been twice after pre arranged time agreed together with price. Waited 15 minutes to be told no tyres for my vehicle. Had some in stock but they had been taken and they say it happens all the time? Suggested I return but even if another time agreed I

was told it could well happen again as it happens all the time. After such reassurances I exited to seek my tyres elsewhere and heard the amusement of "another satisfied customer" as if it was some achievement..
