"Waiting time"

Always go to this hairdresser, both myself and my mum. However, my mum went in the other day and arrived in time for her appointment and sat down and waited. All the haor dressers were stood around chatting. 5 minutes had passed so my mum asked the woman to check what time her appointment was and she confirmed that it was 5 minutes ago and carried on talking. My mum waited another 5 minutes and the women were still chatting and just simply sweeping, no other customers were there. Not one of them had any consideration to tell her that they won't be long they just ignored her. My mum just left and went to another salon that did her hair beautifully. Hair care have just lost 2 loyal customers..
