I recently went into The Chadderton Park Inn with my husband and was pleasantly surprised. There was an improvement in the quality of the food and a lot more care taken in the preparation of the food, as well as the serving of it. One difference that puzzled me, instead of serving the vegetarian Carvery on a coloured plate, the non-meat eaters are given a wooden spoon with a number or a letter written on it..
