"MY POST DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS"

On Friday 12th December, My mail was delivered to the wrong address, There were a total of 7 letter, 4 of which were my birthday cards, one of these cards contained money and one was from my son, Who actually put two stamps on the card so I would get it in time for my birthday. I did not receive my post untill MONDAY 15 DECEMBER,an employee of the company where my letters were posted brought them to my house.

My birthday was Friday 12th Decembers, so my cards were 4 days late thanks to your postman delivering them to the wrong address.

How can a postman deliver 7 letters to the wrong address?

This is not the first time that my post has been delivered to the wrong address.
